A realidade nua e crua
Logo pela manhã o lider do PS comparou as contínuas afirmações de
Santana Lopes que irá conseguir a vitória para o partido que represen
ta, com aqueles aparecimentos do ex-ministro da informação do Iraque,
aquando da invasão pelos americanos, com aquele ar anedótico garantin
do que os iraquianos estavam a inflingir pesadas baixas nas tropas in
vasoras, quando se sabia que a nua realidade era outra. Tenho vindo a
constatar que os militantes fundadores do PSD não são vistos nos comícios que se têm realizado, apenas ontem apareceu Pinto Balsemão como uma entrada algo envergonhada no apoio a Santana Lopes,esta é a crua realidade do afastamento notório dos barões do partido que já não se revêm nesta actual liderança.
Não me recordo qual, mas houve um jornal que referiu não ser previsí
vel se a percentagem que o PSD atingir nestas eleições for a mesma das anteriores, que Santana Lopes ponha o seu lugar à disposição.
Não tenho dúvidas de que em circunstância alguma ele o fará, mas é minha convicção de que não vai ser necessário pois imediatamente a seguir ao conhecimento dos resultados aqueles que já se afastaram por acreditarem numa retumbante derrota, vão-lhe retirar a liderança.
